Moises was born in Havana, Cuba and came as an immigrant to the United States at the age of 9, in 1968. He first resided in Brooklyn, New York and years later moved to Florida. Moises graduated from high school in Miami Beach, Florida and then graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business. He graduated from law school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has been practicing law for 25 years. He is fully fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Jarade is passionate about immigration Law. He joined Law Offices of Beles and Beles in 2018. He represents clients in Immigration Court on Asylum Petitions, U Visas, Motions to Reopen cases, family petitions to successfully bring family members legally to the United States, petitions to obtain legal status and to apply for U.S. Citizenship.
Moises married his wife, Debbie in 1991. She is an artist, an avid reader and a huge movie fan. Moises has a son, Ely who is attending Cal Tech University in CA.
